Privacy information

Clear expectations about information you share.

This page describes the information collected by our public portfolio review request form, and how it's used. It should be reviewed against your actual vendor configuration before launch.

Information you provide

The request form asks for your name, work email, company, role, approximate number of active projects, main financial priority, and any optional notes. Please do not use the form to send bank details, confidential financial statements or investor personal information.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to your request, assess whether DevelopmentCFO can assist, and coordinate next steps. It is not a request to subscribe to unrelated marketing.

Delivery and service providers

Depending on how the website operator configures the form, submissions may be routed to a designated business email through an email service provider or to a connected CRM/workflow service. These services may process the submitted fields on our behalf.

Optional website analytics

If the operator enables Google Analytics 4, the public website asks visitors to accept or decline analytics before loading it. If you accept, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure site usage, page views and actions such as review requests. The site does not deliberately pass names, email addresses, company names or form notes to analytics. You can revisit your choice using the Analytics preferences control in the site footer. Declining disables analytics and attempts to clear first-party Google Analytics cookies. See Google’s privacy documentation for more details.

Questions or deletion requests

To request access, correction or deletion, contact DevelopmentCFO through the contact channel displayed on the published site. The operator should add a verified business contact address, business mailing address, jurisdiction-specific terms and retention policy before going live.
